One of the best experiences I've ever had. Dr. Akshay Rajpal customer service skills & work are immaculate . Their care goes beyond just a business transaction; they truly make you feel like their only patient. I have never felt any pain during any of the dental work I've had done, which is very rare in dental care. I highly recommend and I NEVER leave reviews! I suffer from a neurological disease that affects my facial nerves. I have been afraid of the dentist ever since. But when I cracked a molar to the point that it was spitting out pieces I knew I had to see a dentist. I searched and found prime dental. The best decision I have ever made!! He was so understanding and gentle. Put me at ease. I just came in for my final cap and I couldn't be happier!! I actually asked about making another appointment! Me!! The one who truly has a fear of dentists. So if he can make me feel at ease and comfortable just imagine how he will make you feel!! Don't hesitate and make that appointment!!!

I started going to Dr. Rajpal when he opened the Prime Dental Center. He is so professional, knowledgeable, and very kind and caring. He does so many procedures at the center, which is state of the art. He makes me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I have had many dental issues over the years, some of which are hereditary. Dr. Rajpal gave me the best crown ever last May 2023. He also made my smile better by filling some areas caused by receding gums. He is an expert at his craft, and his office staff is very friendly and and professional, too. I am so glad and blessed to be under his care.
